Pleasure Beach Resort is an amusement park located in Blackpool, Lancashire. It is also called Blackpool Pleasure Beach quite often as that is the name it used up until the 2024 season.

It contains very little theming but makes up for that with some very unique and thrilling rollercoasters, the most well known being the Arrow Dynamics hyper coaster ‘The Big One’. It also contains one of the best coasters in the UK with ‘Icon’ - a MACK Rides launch coaster.

Pleasure Beach Resort also has some very rare and historic attractions such as the only remaining Arrow Dynamics steeplechase and ‘Flying Machines’ - the oldest ride in Europe aswell as one of only a few Arrow Dynamics boomerangs left in the world.

It is also well known for its historic wooden rollercoasters, such as Big Dipper which opened in 1923 and Grand National which opened in 1935.

It is a very cool, unique, historic park and is definitely worth visiting.
